Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This timeframe exists so your order can be prepared correctly—not instantly.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: Varies by location and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers operate on their own schedules, not ours.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
If tracking hasn’t updated in a while, that’s frustrating—but not unusual.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Global or local chaos

Once an order leaves our hands, it is in the capable (and sometimes mysterious) hands of the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows an order was delivered but you can’t find it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier first

  • If the package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we’ll review the situation

We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered.


International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Shipping involves multiple parties and variables. We do our part. Carriers do theirs. Patience helps everyone.
